Ben Mendelsohn was so "unqualified" to be admitted, so "washed out," that he's now in his second year at UF College of Medicine and doing quite well. Some of his original classmates, though, who were picked by the selection committee, didn't even make it through the year. As for students being on the committee, that's fine, as long as they obey the admissions committee rules and the law. In this case, they didn't. Great to have such "honorable" people as doctors. They're toast. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone in flight school deciding who the best pilots would be.
